We have several agencies for Carpenter, Civil, Fabrication, Painting, and other project related works etc. They are all specialized in there respected field – Since Interiors is the quite vast field & as per the requirements of project we implement them for the Execution of work.
• Site analysis and evaluation
• Understanding of clients requirements through standard and custom made formats
• Preliminary proposal and concept designs based on the clients brief
• Finalization of layouts and specifications, i n association with project management consultant
• Preparing of detailed specifications and cost estimate
• Preparing an activity program through Gant charts / bar charts
• Identification of long lead items
• Appointment of various agencies, for out -sourced items, based on past performance and track record
• Preparing of work and construction drawings, in co-ordination with project management consultants
• Schedule of finishes, in visual format for clients in co -ordination with project management consultant
• Issuing of finalized layouts and detail drawings good for construction
• Quality check and supervision to meet with the specifications and desired finished product
• Circulation of site progress reports on weekly / fortnightly basis, highlighting the foreseen risks and mitigation plans for timely completion
• Cost tracking and intimation of cost escalation before had to avoid unwanted surprises at a later date
